All the Humans on Earth

All of the people on earth weigh about 420 million tons. This is about 1/10,000 of all the living matter on Earth. In other words, one out of every 10,000 cells on Earth is a part of a human. If you took all the people, and packed them tightly together, such as people on a New York City elevator, they would cover about 14 square miles (36 square kilometers), or a square about 3.75 miles (6 km) on a side. It would take 100 million buses to take everyone home from this giant party. Bumper to bumper the buses would stretch from here to the moon and back, then back to the moon.
